The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides rules and regulations to enhance privacy rights and consumer protection for residents of California, United States. AVAS’s Privacy Policy has been made available to you. Pursuant to the CCPA, AVAS is required to implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices in protecting consumer data. The CCPA grants consumers over 16 years old the Right to “Opt-Out” of Sale of Personal Information to third parties.
